The Tulane Journal of Law & Sexuality is a student-edited law review published by Tulane University Law School and the official law journal for the National LGBT Bar Association. It was the first law journal to solely discuss legal issues concerning the LGBTQ+ community in the United States and continues to publish the winning article of the annual National LGBT Bar Association Michael Greenberg Student Writing Competition. The Journal regularly publishes on a wide variety of subjects, including constitutional, employment, family, health, insurance, and military law. This Journal is published annually and has broad national and international circulation. Submissions from scholars, practitioners and law students are accepted.
